Transciber's Notes:

The use of an * indicates an omission or error made by the original recorder.
The use of a ? indicates a word or letters that could not be read, due to the
  quality of the original document.

There were no deaths on board so that column was eliminated.
No occupations were listed so that column was eliminated.

Porto Platte is possibly Puerto Plata in the Dominican Republic.

Passenger Notes:
#1 Last letter of first name looks like a w, but n is also a consideration
making the name Eduaw or Eduan. Could be a shortened version of the name
     Edwardo.
#3 In the columns for "country to which they severally belong" and "country
to which they intend to become inhabitants", it appears the names of the
     countries were erased.
