I, W. H. Caton, do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the within list, subscribed with my name, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account or report of all passengers who have been taken on board the Bark Rainbow at Rio de Janeiro or at any other foreign port, or at sea, and brought in said ???.
