Bark Rafrid

I, Oren E Alerrschulh, Master of the English Bark Rafrid, do solemnly, sincerely and truely swear that the following List or Manifest subscribed by me, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs of the Collection District of New York, is a full and perfect list of all passengers taken on board of said at *Verasner from which port said Bark Rafrid has now arrived; and that on said list is truely designated the age, the sex, and the occupation of each of said passengers, the part of the vessel occupied by each during the passage, the country to which each belongs, and also the country of which it is intended by each to become an inhabitant: And that said List or Manifest truely sets forth the number of said passengers who have died on said voyage, and the names and ages of those who died.

1  Mrs de la Puertes, age 35, female, occupation too faded to read, from
   philadelphia and is returning to Philadelphia.

2  M Robert Siedschmann, age 23, Male, Merchant.  The country from is too light
   to read.  He is traveling to Mexico.

3  Mr William Full?????? these question marks represent letters which are too
   light to read, age 19, Male, Occupation is too light to read, And the country 
   from and coming too are both too light to read.

4  Piefried Reves, age 30, Male.  Occupation is too light to read.  Mr Reves was
   coming from England and going back to England.


Transcriber's Notes:

* This whole list is very light and partly faded and this spelling could be read
  to mean almost anything you wanted it to be.  However I realize this has to have
  a legitimate name of a port.

  It could be Veracruz written as one word. What looks to be a z also looks like
  a capital written R.  I have seen c written like that too.  This puts an r after
  the c and then the er could be s e.  The last part is written as a small r with a 
  loop at the front of the r and the last part of the r could be a z.  This is one
  of those lists that is extra light and the handwriting looks like a child's that
  isn't formed very well yet.  I have described it as well as I can. It also suggests
  that maybe whoever wrote it uses several different styles of writing the same
  letter.  It is really hard to tell with only 4 passengers to record.
