Transcriber's Notes:
A question mark indicates material that was indecipherable; an asterisk indicates further
information in the Passenger Notes; a caret (^) indicates superscript text.
The writer of this list (using the ditto mark) fills in the occupation column with
that of the head of household or the first in the list regardless of the age or
gender of the passenger, i.e. a 14 year-old daughter is listed as a farmer (see
passenger #7)etc.
1 Destination is probably Illinois.
15 Name may be Freunkamp.
19 Difficult to determine (because of damaged original) whether there is
an entry for # 19 or not.
20 Surname has an umlauted "a" so may be Atzenhaefer.
21-24 Surname has an umlauted "a" so may be Blaeser
42-45 Surname has an umlauted "u" so may be Gruenwald.
