Transcriber's Notes:
* An asterisk indicates an error on the part of the original recorder, not
the transcriber, or is used to call your attention to additional information
in the transcriber's notes.
? Indicates a letter or number which could not be determined due to the
condition of the manifest or handwriting of the original recorder.
No passenger died during the voyage so that column was omitted in this transcription.
The column headed "Country in which they intend to become inhabitants" had "United
States" entered on the first line but no entry made below it. The transcriber's
interpretation is that all the passengers intended to become residents of the
United States.
5 Surname appears to be "Lightbourn", but could possibly be "Lightburn" or
"Lightburne".
8-10 Surname is clearly written "Halleren" but usual spelling of the name is
"Halloran" or less often as "Halleran".
11 The usual habit of the recorder was to leave female passengers' occupation
blank, but in the case of passenger 11, the occupation is clearly indicated
by ditto marks implying Laborer. The transcriber's interpretation is that
the ditto marks were likely entered by mistake.
18-22 The age, sex, occupation and nationality of passengers 18-22 were not
recorded on the manifest.
