DISTRICT OF BALTIMORE - PORT OF BALTIMORE
I, Thomas A Bain do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear, that the within list, subscribed with my name, contains to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account or report of all passengers, who have been taken on board the Steamship Liberty at Havana or at any other foreign port, or at sea, and brought in said Steamship Liberty into any district of the United States, since the departure from said port of Havana.

Passenger Notes:
1     Initial for given name may be "G."
9-11  Presumably these three entries are Mr. & Mrs. George Fowler, ages 40 and
      30 and a nurse age 25, along with three children (unnamed, as is the nurse)
      ages 5, 3, and 1-1/2. Passenger no. 11 may be with them also, because
      there is only a ditto mark in the baggage column for her, indicating that
      the 9 trunks are for one group.
