SS Hadji
I, J. C. Wilson, master of the SS Hadji, do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear, that the following List or Manifest, subscribed by me, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs of the Collection District of New York, is a full and perfect list of all passengers taken on board of the said SS Hadji at Porto Cabello, Laguaira, and St. Thomas and St. John, from which ports said SS Hadji has now arrived; and that on said list is truly designated the age, the sex, and the occupation of each of said passengers, the part of the vessel occupied by each during the passage, the country to which each belongs, and also the country of which it is intended by each to become an inhabitant; and that said List or Manifest truly sets forth the number of said passengers who died on said voyage, and the names and ages of those who died.

Columns represent passenger's name, age, sex, occupation, country to which they belong, country to which they intend to inhabit, died on voyage, cabin. No one died and no cabins were mentioned.

6 Kearney maybe. Kea are positively identified; followed by low
r,n,m,or u; followed by high e and g,j, or y.
9 Middle initial may be C or K.
10 Bizalke or Bijalke
13 Second letter of surname blank...maybe Mello.
14 Sex listed as M, an oversight I assume.
