DISTRICT OF BALTIMORE - PORT OF BALTIMORE
I, James Myers, do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear the following list, subscribed with my name, contains to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account or report of all passengers who have been taken aboard the ship Garonne at Amsterdam or at any other foriegn ports, or at sea, and brought in said ship into any district of the United States, since the departure from said port of Amsterdam.

List or Manifest Of All Passengers taken on board the ship Garonne whereof James myers is Master, from Amsterdam.
Columns represent: Name, Age, Sex, Occupation, Country to which they belong, Country to which they intend to become Inhabitants of, Died on the Passage. Occupation, Died on the Passage Columns were not relevant. Only one passenger with no occupation given and passenger survived the voyage.

#1 - Amsterdam was given as the Country to which the passenger belonged.
     Should have been Holland, of course.
