Bark Delaware
I, Richard Steed, do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the within list, subscribed with my name, contains to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account or report of all passengers who have been taken on board the said Bark Delaware at Demerara or any other foreign port; or at sea, and brought in said Bark Delaware into any District of the United States since the departure from said port of Demerara.
