Ship C.H. Lord
I, Paine, Master or Commander of the Ship C H Lord do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear, that the within list, signed by me and now delivered to the Collector of this District, contains the names of all the Passengers taken on board the said ship at the port of Liverpool or at any time since; that all the matters therein set forth are, according to the best of my knowledge and belief, just and true. I do further swear, that none of the said Passengers have died on the voyage. (signed) Edgar Paine

Transcriber's Notes:
* An asterisk indicates an error on the part of the original recorder, not
the transcriber, or is used to call your attention to additional information
in the transcriber's notes.
* It appears that this list might be truncated. Tops of letters can be seen in
row 11, but the rest of the list was either torn off or covered up.
* A column titled: "No. that died on Passage", was omitted. A wavy line was
drawn down the column.
4 - There is a clean break between the Hlb and nd. There is clearly a period
after the nd. The first letter of the surname could possibly be a "W", but
it is very different from the "W" in Wife.
5 - The "F" in Felly is exactly like that letter in the word, "Farmer", but
different from the "F" used in "Female". Same comment on surname as for
passenger #4. There was a ditto in the occupation column.
