DISTRICT OF BALTIMORE - PORT OF BALTIMORE
I, M.K. Chase do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear, that the within list, subscribed with my name, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account or report of all passengers who have been taken on board the Brig Bride at Bluefields or at any other foreign port, or at sea, and brought in said Brig into any district of the U.S. since her departure from the said Port of Bluefields.

There were no deaths on this voyage.
There are two known port Bluefields, one in Nicaragua, and one in Jamaica,
it is not known which port this ship sailed from.
