Ship Wm. H. Prescott
I, Chas Butchelder, master of the ship Wm H Prescott do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear that the following List or Manifest, subscribed by me, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs of the Collection District of New York, is a full and perfect list of all the passengers taken on board of the said ship at Liverpool, from which port said ship has now arrived; and that on said list is truly designated the age, the sex, and the occupation of each of said passengers, the part of the vessel occupied by each during the passage, the country to which each belongs, and also the country of which it is intended by each to become an inhabitant; and that said List or Manifest truly sets forth the number of said passengers who have died on said voyage, and the names and ages of those who died.

List or Manifest of all the Passengers taken on board the ship Wm. H. Prescott whereof Batchelder is Master, from Liverpool burthen 1,370 25/35 tons.
Columns represent: given name, surname, age, sex, occupation, country to which they belong, and part of the ship occupied by the passenger during the voyage. In the manifest, a column headed "country in which they intend to become inhabitants" had no entries and has been omitted from this transcription. In the manifest, a column headed "died on the voyage" had a single entry alongside Passenger 49, and this entry is addressed in the transcriber's notes below, and the column has been omitted from this transcription.

Transcriber's Notes:
In recording the passengers' given names, the recorder sometimes abbreviated
by omitting several letters then superscripting the last letter or two.
Examples:

3 Macauley - Given name begins with an E. The second and third letters are
possibly m and a, or possibly r, n and a. The remaining letters, possibly
3, are not decipherable.
8 Meyer - Wife probably incorrectly recorded as a male.
14 Troy - Child's surname originally recorded as Sullivan and then written
over as Troy.
28 Mouish - Although surname appears to be written as Mouish, it might possibly
be Morrish.
29 St????son - Surname could be Stevenson
35 Wright - Given name appears to be Elvya, or possibly Elirya.
49 Webster - Infant recorded as dying on the voyage but the date, time, cause
or circumstances were not recorded on the manifest.
43 H????? - Although surname appears to be Hannam, the individual letters are
not distinct.
54 O'Dowell - Given name appears to be Rat, but the manifest is smudged and
the individual letters are not clearly decipherable.
66-72 Rathoffe - Surname appears to be Rathoffe, but might possibly be Rattoffe or Pattoffe.
70 Rathoffe - Given name appears to be Sena, but might possibly be Sara.
78 Rattoffe - Given name appears to be Sara, but might possibly be Sena.
79-83 Rattoffe - Surname appears to be Rattoffe, but might possibly be Rathoffe.
86 Surname could be Powell.
88 Boubbe - Given name appears to be M^me, but might be meant to represent
Mademoiselle.
90 Lecky - First recorded as Leecky, then the first e was lined through.
