Steamer Washington
I, Edward Cavendy Master of the Steam Ship Washington do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the following List or Manifest, subscribed by me, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs of the Collection District of New York, is a full and perfect list of all the passengers taken on board of the said Steamer at Bremen & Southampton from which port said Steam Ship has now arrived; and that on said list is truly designated the age, the sex, and the occupation of each of said passengers, the part of the vessel occupied by each during the passage, the country to which each belongs, and also the country of which it is intented by each to become an inhabitant; and that said List or Manifest truly sets forth the number of said passengers who have died on said voyage and the names and ages of those who died. List or Manifest OF ALL THE PASSENGERS taken on board the Steam Ship Washington whereof, E Cavendy is Master, from Bremen & Southampton burthen 1???* 75/95 tons.
Columns represent: Names, Age (years, months), Sex, Occupation, The country to which they severally belong, The country in which they intend to become inhabitants, Died on the voyage and Part of the vessel occupied by each passenger during the voyage. All passengers indicated that they planned to stay in the United States, so that column was not included in this transcription. Additionally there were no deaths on board, so that column was eliminated.

The tonnage of the ship was hard to read, but it could have been 1686,
which is my best guess.
Starting with passenger #59 to the end of the manifest, the sex of each
passenger wasn't indicated.

3. Middle initial could be S.
4. Last name could possibly be Beta, Betar, Betas.
22. Last name may be Biebenger, Biebenyer.
23. First initial may be a T.
25. Last name might be Hayman.
26. Age could be 23 or 28.
31. First initial could be a J.
33. First initial looks like an A.
35. Best guess for last name might be Felsheimer.
37. Last name may be Kernkamp, Kernhamp.
38. First initial could be a J.
39. Last name could be Pulster.
41. First initial could be C or H.
49. Last name looks like Tomes.
50. Last name may be Phillelan, Phillilan.
51. Last name might be Lambeir, Lambeis, Lambein.

68. Last name could be Bourtic, Boustic, Bourtie, Boustie.
72. Passenger has a notation after last name which looks like "& W".
No explanation for this note. Also, passenger's age could be 24 or 29.
76. Passenger's occupation as listed as Merchant, not an error on part of
transcriber.
79-
83. Last name may be Beyard, Reyard. All were listed as having an occupation
of Farmer.
80. Age may be 33 or 83.
84. Last name might be Kalsay, Kelsey, Ralsay, Relsey, Balsay, Belsey.
85. Last name looks like Staid.
86. Last name could be Peigon, Peiyon.
