DISTRICT OF NEW YORK - PORT OF NEW YORK
I, J. T. Bragg, Master of the S. S. The Queen do solemnly, sincerely, andtruly swear that the following List or Manifest, subscribed by me, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs of the Collection Districtof New York, is a full and perfect List of all the Passengers taken onboard of the said S. S. The Queen at London from which Port said S. S. The Queen has now arrived; and that on the said List is truly designated theage, the sex, and the occupation of each of the said Passengers, the partof the vessel occupied by each during the passage, the country to whicheach belongs, and also the country of which it is intended by each tobecome an inhabitant; and that said List or Manifest truly sets forth thenumber of said Passengers who have died on said voyage, and the names andages of those who have died.
