LIST OR MANIFEST OF ALIEN IMMIGRANTS FOR THE COMMISSIONER OF IMMIGRATION.
Required by the regulations of the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States, under Act of Congress, approved March 3, 1893, to be delivered to the Commissioner of Immigration by the Commanding Officer of any vessel having such passengers on board upon arrival at a port in the United States.

Transcriber's Notes:

The departure port is described as simply "Panama."  Research says this means 
Panama City.

There is no captain's statement nor captain's name attached to this manifest.

The following columns had identical entries for all passengers and so were not
included in the table:
 Seaport for Landing in the US=San Francisco
 Whether having a ticket to final destination=yes (except 4 & 13)
 By whom was passage paid?=self
 Whether ever in Prison, Almshouse or supported by Charity=no
 Whether a Polygamist=no
 Whether under contract to labor in the US=no
 Condition of Health Mental and Physical=good
 Whether having any deformities=no

Letters that are illegible or difficult to interpret are replaced by ?.

Passenger Notes:
 1  has been to S.F.  S.J. Guat is probably San Jose de Guatemala.
 2  has been to S.F.
 4  is going to meet sister.  He has no ticket to final destination.
 9  is joining family.
12  Last Residence is Cape de Verde Isl.
13&14 have been to Seattle.  They are joining husband and father, respectively.  
    They have no tickets to final destination.
1-2,4,7,10-11,14  These lines have all been crossed out, perhaps because they 
    are not aliens.
