If it is found upon the arrival of the immigrant in the United States that the following questions have not been correctly answered, the immigrant will be immediately returned. The immigrant will be required to swear to the truth of the following answers, if it be called for by the Commissioner of Immigration at the port of arrival in the United States. (A false oath will subject the immigrant to fine or imprisonment.)

Transcriber's Notes:

This list is unusual in that it is designed for each passenger to have a 
separate page.  At the top of each page appear blanks labeled:

Beneath this the information for the passenger is filled out in the columns described above. The transcriber has condensed the information in the columns of the various pages into the table above. At the bottom of each page is an oath and a blank for the passenger's signature. The information in the blanks at the top of the page are transcribed in the individual notes below. The Agent's Name and Agent's Place of Business were not completed on any of the pages. The following columns had identical entries for all passengers and so were not included in the table: Able to Read & Write=yes Nationality=Mexican Final Destination in the US=San Francisco Seaport for Landing in the US=San Francisco Whether having a ticket to final destination=yes Whether ever before in the US=no Whether ever in Prison, Almshouse or supported by Charity=no Whether a Polygamist=no Whether under contract to labor in the US=no Condition of Health Mental and Physical=good Whether having any deformities=no There is no captain's statement nor captain's name attached to this manifest. Letters that are illegible or difficult to interpret are replaced by ?. 1-3 are on the same page. Name at the top of the page is Isabel Castro. Passage was booked Dec 10, 1894, sailing from San Jose del Cabo Dec 10, 1894. The signature on this page is Manuela M de Fisher. The "Going to Join" column says "servant of Mrs. Fisher" for both adults. The child is simply "and child" on the same line as passenger 1. 4-6 are on the same page. Name at the top of the page is Guadalupe R de la Barrida or Baruda. Passage was booked Dec 9, 1894, sailing from Mazatlan Dec 9, 1894. The signature on this page is Guadalupe R de Barreda, different from the way the name is spelled on the list and at the top of the page. They are going to join sister Carmen Torres Broadway St. 7 Name at the top is Mrs Luz Ginzalez de la Peņa. Her surname is clearly written with an "i" (Ginzalez) both on the list and in the name blank at the top of the page. 7-12 are on the same page. There is a tilde over the n in Peņa. The name at the top of the page is Mrs Luz Ginzalez de la Peņa. Passage was booked Dec 9, 1894, sailing from Mazatlan Dec 9, 1894. The signature on this page has been cut off by the film. 11 There is a tilde over the n in Juaņa. 12 This surname is clearly written with an "o" (Gonzalez). 13 Passage was booked Dec 9, 1894, sailing from Mazatlan Dec 9, 1894. Name at the top is Luciano Hernandez. The signature on this page is Luciano Hernandez.
