LIST OR MANIFEST OF ALIEN IMMIGRANTS FOR THE COMMISSIONER OF IMMIGRATION.
Required by the regulations of the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States, under Act of Congress, approved March 3, 1893, to be delivered to the Commissioner of Immigration by the Commanding Officer of any vessel having such passengers on board upon arrival at a port in the United States.

Passenger Notes:
11,14,16-20,22-27 all appear to have been crossed out, perhaps because they
are not aliens.
2-13 PMSS Co probably stands for Pacific Mail Steamship Co.
10 surname could be Frudig.
11 is going to join Mrs Martin 1600 Post St.
13 Name is most like McIren, but could be Tho M. Iren. He is going to join
Mrs Stark 320 1/2 Sanchez St. There appears to be a superscribed "m"
between Mrs and Stark, both of which words are very clearly written.
22 surname is Raffe or Raffs.
23 is going to join wife 407 San Pablo Ave.
24 is going to join wife 525 Folsom St.
28 first name is Liris of Lucis; surname could be Unarke or Wrarke.
