LIST OR MANIFEST OF ALIEN IMMIGRANTS FOR THE COMMISSIONER OF IMMIGRATION.
Required by the regulations of the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States, under Act of Congress, approved March 3, 1893, to be delivered to the Commissioner of Immigration by the Commanding Officer of any vessel having such passengers on board upon arrival at a port in the United States.

Research suggests that this refers to Panama City. There is no captain's statement nor captain's name attached to this manifest. The following columns had identical entries for all passengers and so were not included in the table: Sex=Male Married or Single=Single Able to Read & Write=yes Seaport for Landing in the US=San Francisco Whether ever in Prison, Almshouse or supported by Charity=no Whether a Polygamist=no Whether under contract to labor in the US=no Condition of Health Mental and Physical=good (except 3) Whether having any deformities=no Letters that are illegible or difficult to interpret are replaced by ?. Passenger Notes: 1 Last Residence is Palise Guatemala. Final Destination is Jackson Co(unty) Oregon. He has been to Oregon 1891. 2 It is not clear whether his money is $12.50 or $1250. He has been to Buffalo and New Orleans 3 years 1890-1893. 3 passage was paid by English Consul Acapulco. His money is recorded as both $78 and none, $78 "due through British Consul." He has been to New York and Boston 1891. His physical condition is "not good." 4 has been to San Francisco 1890. He is going to join Miss Schade Washington St bet. Kearney & Mont. (Montgomery). Callao is probably the port city for Lima, Peru.
