Seaport for Landing in the US=San Francisco
Whether having a ticket to final destination=yes
By whom was passage paid?=self
Whether going to join Relative or Friend=No

Whether under contract to labor in the US=no

Letters that are illegible or difficult to interpret are replaced by ?.
1 has been to S.F. 1880, 1894.
2 has been to S.F. 1891, 1894.
3 Nationality is written Us. Presumably this is US. The Ever before in US
column says "Citizen U.S." This passenger is crossed out, probably beacuse
he is not an alien.
4 has been to S.F. 1887, 1894.
5 This passenger also appears on a second manifest (page 37) for this ship.
It is in a different format but provides the same information and is signed
"Micaila Romero." Her name is not as clear on the first list but seems to
be spelled Micaela. She has been to S.F. 1870, 1894. Page 37 says she has
been to S.F. in 1870 and 1895, the second is probably an error, since 1895
had not yet arrived. Page 37 say she is going to join niece Mrs Meza
1302 Powell. The arrival date on page 37 is "about Jan 1895" followed "by
Dec 17 1894" written in a different hand.
6 name is probably Leong. Sex is indicated by ditto marks to be F. This is
probably an error. The transcriber has never seen a female with the
occupation of merchant. Passenger has been to S.F. 1889, 189?. This
passenger is crossed out, possibly because he is Chinese. Chinese passengers
were kept on separate lists, so he might appear on another list on the film
of Chinese passengers.
