Transcriber's Notes:

There is no captain's statement nor captain's name attached to this manifest.
The following columns had identical entries for all passengers and so were
not included in the table:
 Able to Read & Write=yes
Seaport for Landing in the US=San Francisco
 Final Destination in the US=SFo
Whether having a ticket to final destination=yes
Whether ever in Prison, Almshouse or supported by Charity=no
 Whether a Polygamist=no
Whether under contract to labor in the US=no
Condition of Health Mental and Physical=good
 Whether having any deformities=no

1 surname could be Beaver or Deaver. He has been to S.F. 1894.
2&3 money is for both, as shown by a bracket. They are going to join Son
      A Villega Oakland.
4 has been to the US 1884/94. He is going to join "Family 728 Peray"
4&5 money is for both, as shown by a bracket.
6 middle initial is F. or T. He has been to the US 1875/94. He is going
to join Family Oakland. This line is crossed out, presumably because
      he is not an alien.
7 Last Residence is PMsslos steamers. He has been to the US 1874/94.
8 has been to the US "1847/94." The 1847 is probably an error, since his
age is recorded as 50y and the two previous entries read 1874/94. The
Going to Join column says only Yes S.F.
9&10 These names are on a separate page. This page has no entries in the
blanks that identify the ship or the dates of departure and arrival.
Therefore, it may not be a manifest of the San Jose. However, it has
been identified as such in the index on the film.
9 has been to San Francisco.
10 has been to San Francisco. He is going to join "my family in Sacramento."
