I, Chas. Short do solemnly, sincerly and truly swear, that the within list, subscribed with my name, contains to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account or report of all passengers who have been taken on board the Br. Schr Natal at Palermo Sicily or at any other foreign port, or at sea, and brought in said sch into any district of the United States, since the departure from said port of Palermo Sicily.
