Transcriber's notes:

* The use of an asterisk "*" indicates an error on the
part of the original recorder and not the transcriber
or is used to call your attention to additional
information in the Transcriber's notes below.

? The use of a "?" indicates a word or letters that could
not be read, due to the quality of the original document.

* Columns 6, country of citizenship,& 11, date and cause
of death, have been eliminated because they are void of
   notation with 4 exceptions, 3 for column 6 & 1 for 11,
which are noted in the transcriber's notes.

Passenger # 1 - Something written in column 6, appears the
recorder started to write something and lined it out.
The following is written in column 11: (J.T.H. by White).
It's written in a different hand as if by someone checking
    the manifest.

Passenger # 6 & 7 - Passenger 7 apparently announced he was
a citizen of Wicklow instead of Ireland. It doesn't
mention whether it's the county or city. This is
confirmed by the summary of passenger's citizenship at
the bottom of the manifest. The summary states there
are 2 passengers from Ireland, passenger 6 stated Ireland
    and passenger 7 stated Wicklow.

Passenger # 8 - Column 12, Whether visitor only or intending
to be permanent settlers, is void of notation.

Passenger #10 - Column 8, Intended Destination or Location,
is blank. Although, there are ditto marks in column 12,
Whether visitor only or intending to be permanent
settlers, indicating he intends to settle in the USA.
Perhaps an error on the part of the recorder?

Passengers #11 - 14 - There's a "}" ( Brace ) connecting
    passengers 11-14 in between columns 7 & 8 with a notation
in column 8 stating: "Not returned Cattlemen" There's
also ditto marks in column 8 indicating their destination
is Boston. In addition, for passengers 13 & 14 there are
two notations in column 5, Calling. As indicated on the
passenger list, the recorder noted they are Cattlemen and
    Stowaways.

Passenger #17 - It is noted in column 6, The Country of which
they are citizens, that she is an English citizen. There
is no notation in column 8, Intended Destination, her name
being the same as the Master of the ship may indicate she
is related and went along for the ride. In addition, there's
nothing noted in column 9, Number of pieces of baggage.
However, there are ditto marks in column 12, indicating she
intends to permanently settle in the USA. This could be an
oversight on the part of the recorder as every passenger
above this point is indicated as such.

Passenger #18 - It is noted in column 6, The Country of which
they are citizens, that he is an American citizen. There is
no notation in column 8, Intended Destination, perhaps an
oversight being the last passenger to be logged and the
column was void for passenger 17.
