SS Milanese
I, John Trinick, Master of the SS Milanese, do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear that the following List or Manifest, subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of Customs of the Port of Boston, is a full and perfect list of all of the passengers taken on board the said vessel at London from which port said vessel has now arrived; and that on said list is truly designated the age, sex, calling, country of citizenship, native country, intended destination or location, number of pieces of baggage, location of compartment or space occupied, and date and cause of death of passengers, as required by the "Passenger Act of 1882"; also a true statement, so far as it can be ascertained, with reference to the intention of each alien passenger as to a protracted sojourn in this county. So help me God.
Sworn to this 5th day of June, 1890, before me (unreadable) Collector.

The column "The Country of Which They are Citizens" was omitted as they were all
listed as America.
The column "Intended Destination or Location" was omitted as they were all listed
as Boston.
The column "Date and Cause of Death" was omitted as there were none.
The columm "Whether Visitors only, or Intending to be Permanent Settlers" was
omitted as they were all listed as Permanent.
