LIST OR MANIFEST OF ALIEN IMMIGRANTS FOR THE COMMISSIONER OF IMMIGRATION.
Required by the regulations of the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States, under Act of Congress, approved March 3, 1893, to be delivered to the Commissioner of Immigration by the Commanding Officer of any vessel having such passengers on board upon arrival at a port in the United States.

There is no captain's statement nor captain's name attached to this manifest.
The following columns had identical entries for all passengers and so were 
not included in the table:

 Seaport for Landing in the US=San Francisco  
 Whether having a ticket to final destination=yes 
 By whom was passage paid?=self 
 Whether in Possession of Money-if less than $30, how much?=more
 Whether ever in Prison, Almshouse or supported by Charity=no
 Whether a Polygamist=no
 Whether under contract to labor in the US=no
 Condition of Health Mental and Physical=good
 Whether having any deformities=no 
Letters that are illegible or difficult to interpret are replaced by ?.

1  is going to join Husband David McLean Russ House San Francisco.
4  has been to SF 1890.
6  Last Residence is Herberton Queensland.
8  Last Residence is Newcastle N.S.W.  She is going to join Husband New Orleans
    Hector Ravenhill.
9  Ever Before in US column says "1884."
11 Last Residence is Huntly Waihalo NZ.
13 has been to SF 1890.
14 initials could be NY.
14/15 Between Te Aroha and Wellington in the Last Residence column is written
       Thames and NZ.  It is not clear which location they refer to, or whether
       they refer to the same entry.
17 is unable to read and write.
