I, Henry Tibbits, master of City of London do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear that the following List or Manifest, subscribed by me, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs of the Collection District of New York, is a full and perfect List of all the Passengers taken on board the said Str at Liverpool from which port the said Str has now arrived; and that on said List is truly designated the age, the sex, and the occupation of each of said Passengers, the part of the vessel occupied by each during the passage, the country to which each belongs, and also the country of which it is intended by each to become an Inhabitant; and that said List or Manifest truly sets forth the number of said passengers who have died on said voyage, and the names and ages of those who died.

Passenger # 907 - First name, second letter was formed by a "C" going through the front of the "D".
Name is probably Dolly.
Passenger # 919 - First name could start with "M", amking the name something like Mines or Mmes.
There is an apparent tie from the "J" to the second letter making it appear as
an "M", however, the first letter continues below the line which an "M" would not.
Passenger # 933 - First name second letter could be an "a" as it is mainly a splat of ink.
There could be two following letters like "ie".
Passenger # 944 - Last name could be Jackson.
Passenger # 964 - First letter could be an "H" for initials H. Y.
Passenger # 965 - First name last letter is faint but could be an elevated "s" for Ja^s.
Passenger # 970 - First name looks like a star with a backslash above in followed by either an elevated "s" or a "t".

Passenger #1032 - First name last letter could be "ie" as the "W" from underneath is all the way up to this
part of the name.
Passenger #1047 - There is an angled line before the "J" in the first name which could make it an "H", but by
all appearances I think it has nothing to do with the name.
Passenger #1063 - Last Name is faint except for the "k". First three give appearance of "Jac", but the last
are line, blank space and maybe an "n". Doubt name to be Jackson as the following name
is most likely Jackson and nowhere in the ship are two last names that are the same
actually in the list unless one is on the bottom of a page and the next is on the top of the
next page.
Passenger #1064 - Last Name has a gap between the "s" and "n". Name is probably Jackson.
Passenger #1113 - First name after "z" is an ink spot. Probably an "a" but indeterminate.
Passenger #1128 - Occupation is completely unreadable. Last name first letter partially obscured and a gap
exists between the "y" and the "i" which could mean a missing letter.
Passenger #1129 - Last name first letter partially obscured and a gap exists between the "y" and the "i"
which could mean a missing letter.
Additional information:
There are a total of 1,137 passengers. According to their marked sex,
there are 459 females, 674 males, 1 each Inft, Spinst, & Wife. The infant
has a male name so I would believe that there are 461 females and 676 males.
There were a total of 24 occupations listed. The most numerous
occupations were Spinster - 230; Laborer - 207; Wife - 136; Child 126; &
Miner - 102, which was my great-grandfather's listed occupation. There
were 40 infants.
The ages of the passengers went from 1 to 62 with only 61 not being
there, however I was unable to read 4 peoples ages. The most numerous age
was 20 and 24 with 96 passengers each; 21 with 92 passengers; & 22 with 79.
There are 643 different last name spellings (including unreadible) plus
the Captain. In the four listings, 6 names appear in all four, and they
are Doherty, which had just 4 passengers, Jackson with 8, Jones with 10,
Smith with 17, Walsh with 8, and Williams with 11.
