I, A.M. Clausen, do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear, that the within list, subscribed with my name, contains to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account or report of all passengers who have been taken on board the Norw Bark King Carl at (Baltimore) sic or at any other foreign port, or at sea, and brought in said Bark into any district of the United States, since the departure from said port of Rüsoer, Norway. A. M. Clausen

Transcriber's Notes:

* The port is most likely Risĝr -- in the past called Risĝer. Risĝr is a 
small town in the fylke of Aust-Agder on the south coast of Norway below 
Oslo. It used to be a major port.

This passenger could be Lobesen or they could have meant Tobisen and 
misspelled it.
