DISTRICT OF BALTIMORE - PORT OF BALTIMORE
I, Richard Somers Watts, Master of the British Steam-ship "Hibernian" do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear that the following List or Manifest, subsribed by me and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs of the Collection District of Baltimore is a true and perfect list of all the passengers taken on board of the said vessel at Liverpool from which port said vessel has now arrived; and that on said list is truly designated the age, the sex, and the occupation of each of said passengers, the part of the vessel occupied by each during the passage, the country to which each belongs, and also the country of which it is intended by each to become an inhabitant; and that said List or Manifest truly sets forth the number of said passengers who have died on said voyage and the names and ages of those who died.

Passenger Notes:
1      First initial may be an "E."
24-30  Surname looks like Frieso, but Friese would be more Germanic.
63-66  Surname may possibly be Bullivant or Bullwant.
73     Original list damaged at this point--I believe the child
       belongs to the entry listed above it.
75-76  Possible surname:  Dahlquist or Dalquist.
81-86  Surname seems to be Waite, but the third letter is not clear.
