Transcriber's Notes:
A question mark (?) indicates indecipherable material.
An asterisk (*) indicates further information in these footnotes.
A caret (^) indicates letters left out of an abbreviated name and the
letters following it appear in superscript.
From number ?? to ?? and #150 the gender seems to be incorrect for the
passengers.
Passenger Notes:
13-15 Damage to the original list has obliterated most of the information
for these entries. I have entered what is extant. Age for number 14
looks like it may be 10.
18 Destination probably should read "Chicago" like the following entries.
31 Name seems to be Doscowski, but the D is followed by something and
may be an "r" making the name Droscowski.
39 Given name looks like Rud?olp.
87 Note in right hand column reads: died Decbr 9th - old age.
111-113 The original manifest is damaged here. I have transcribed as much as
can be deciphered. It seems as though entry #111 is a blank line.
161 Surname may be either Mathemski or Mathewski.
164 Damage to original manifest has blurred information. The given name
may be Heinrich and the age looks like it may be 10.
174 Surname has an umlaut over the "o" so may be spelled Schroeter.
