DISTRICT OF BOSTON AND CHARLESTOWN - PORT OF BOSTON
I, W. H. Porter Master of the Brig Gun do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear that the following List or Manifest, subscribed by me, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs of the Port of Boston, is a full and perfect list of all the passengers taken on board the said vessel at St. Kitts from which port said vessel has now arrived; and that on said list is truly designated the age, sex, calling, country of citizenship, native country, intended destination or location, number of pieces of baggage, location of compartment or space occupied, and date and cause of death of passengers, as required by the "Passenger Act of 1882"; also a true statement, so far as it can be ascertained, with reference to the intention of each alien passenger as to a protracted sojourn in this country. So help me God.
Sworn to this 23 Aug 1890, before me *??????? Collector.
List or Manifest Of All The Passengers taken on board the *(ship name not listed) whereof (not listed) is Master, from (not listed) burthen (not listed) tons.
Columns represent: Name, Age, Sex, Calling, Country of which they are citizens, Native Country*, Intended Destination or Location, No. of pieces of baggage, Location of compartment or space occupied, intention of each alien passenger as to a protracted sojourn in this country*, Date and Cause of Death, (column title unreadable).

*  The use of an * indicates an omission or error made by the 
   original recorder.

?  The use of a ? indicates a word or letters that could not
   be read, due to the quality of the original document.

*  The Collector's name is unreadable

*  List or Manifest: All fill in items were left blank

*  The "Native country" column and the "Intention of each 
   alien passenger as to a protracted sojourn in this 
   country" column contained no information, so these
   columns have been eliminated.  

Passengers #1 and #2 - Last name looks like Persiral or 
      Perseral in 1 and Persival or Perseval in 2. Last
      column could be Visits
