I, Charles L. Smith , do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear that the following List or Manifest, subscribed by me, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs of the Collection District of New York, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the Passengers received on board the Brig Francis P. Smith whereof I am Master, from Montevideo. So help me God (signed) Charles L. Smith. Sworn to, this June 9, 1862, Before me, (signed) unreadable.

Columns represent: names, age, sex, occupation, country to which they belong, country which they intend to inhabit, died on the Voyage.
