SS Colorado
I, F.E. Jenkins, Master of the SS Colorado, do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear that the following List or Manifest, subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of Customs of the Port of Boston, is a full and perfect list of all of the passengers taken on board the said vessel at Hull, England from which port said vessel has now arrived; and that on said list is truly designated the age, sex, calling, country of citizenship, native country, intended destination or location, number of pieces of baggage, location of compartment or space occupied, and date and cause of death of passengers, as required by the "Passenger Act of 1882"; also a true statement, so far as it can be ascertained, with reference to the intention of each alien passenger as to a protracted sojourn in this county. So help me God.
Sworn to this 6th day of June, 1890, before me (unreadable) Collector.

The column "Country of Which they are Citizens" was omitted as they
were all United States.
The column "Intended Destination or Location" was omitted as they were
all New York.
The column "Number of Pieces of Baggage" was left blank.
The column "Location of Compartment or Space Occupied" was omitted as
they were all forcastle.
The column "Date and Cause of Death" was omitted as there were none.
The column "Whether Visitors Only, or Intending to be Permanent Settlers"
was omitted as they were all listed as Permanent.
