LIST OR MANIFEST OF ALIEN IMMIGRANTS FOR THE COMMISSIONER OF IMMIGRATION.
Required by the regulations of the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States, under Act of Congress, approved March 3, 1893, to be delivered to the Commissioner of Immigration by the Commanding Officer of any vessel having such passengers on board upon arrival at a port in the United States.
S.S. Colon, sailing from Panama Jany 19th, 1895 arriving at Port of San Francisco, Feby 12th, 1895.

 Whether having a ticket to final destination=yes
 By whom was passage paid?=self 
 Whether ever in Prison, Almshouse or supported by Charity=no
 Whether a Polygamist=no
 Whether under contract to labor in the US=no
 Condition of Health Mental and Physical=good
 Whether having any deformities=no 
Letters that are illegible or difficult to interpret are replaced by ?.

2  has been to New Orleans March 1893.  He is going to join J I Dunn R. Estate 
   agt. Montgomery St.
3  has been to Stockton October 1894.  
4  has been to San Francisco Feby 1894.  He is going to join cousin Bernard 
   Dallas 1239 Stockton St.
