LIST OR MANIFEST OF ALIEN IMMIGRANTS FOR THE COMMISSIONER OF IMMIGRATION.
Required by the regulations of the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States, under Act of Congress, approved March 3, 1893, to be delivered to the Commissioner of Immigration by the Commanding Officer of any vessel having such passengers on board upon arrival at a port in the United States.
S.S. Colon, sailing from Panama, Sept 9th, 1894 arriving at Port of San Francisco, Sept 30th, 1894.
Columns represent: Number, Name, Age, Married or Single, Occupation, Nationality, Last Residence, Final Destination in the US, Whether having a ticket to final destination, Whether in Possession of Money-if less than $30, how much?, Whether ever before in the US, Whether going to join Relative or Friend

1 has been to New Orleans March 1894.  He is going to join "my family B F Truly
  Fayette Miss.  His mental health is good, but physical is bad.
2 has been to San Fco Aug 18 1894.  He is going to join "Sister Mrs Ritchie
  Vallejo and Montgomery."
3 has been to San Fco Jan 1893. 
4 has been to San Fco Aug 18 1894.
5 has been to San Fco Jun 25 1894.
6 has been to San Fco Jan 31 1894.   He is going to join "Mother 572 Harrison St
