I, Thomas J. Ni?ol* do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear that the following List or Manifest of Passengers, subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs for the District of New-York, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the passengers received on board the Carroll of Carrollton whereof I am Master, from Liverpool.

A ? shows the number of letters that could not be read ^ A ^ shows that the following letter was superscripted * The third letter is missing from the captain's name * The writing on this list was very faint in places and very hard to read. The captain used the Died on voyage coloumn to write down the number of packages. In cases where the passengers are grouped together with a bracket the number of packages is written behind the first passenger in the group. No passengers died on this trip. * Except as listed in the passenger notes below, all other names that have a question mark are too faint to read Passenger Notes: # 1 - the name is too faint #29 - I cannot read the occupation
