Minutes of the Provincial Council, Those present were: Patrick Gordon, Esqr., Lieutenant Governor. Thirteen Palatines, who, with their families, making in all thirty nine persons qualified and took the Oath of Allegiance to the King of England.

I am decended from Henrich Boshart, who with wife Anna Schaub Boshart &
son Henry Buzzard (Boshart), age 10 arrived Philadelphia 28 June 1735.

Henry met Elizabet Alt and married her in 1760 on the South Branch of the
Potomac, Hardy Co., West Virginia.

They had 8 children and I am decended from the third, Reuben Buzzard, born
1772 in Hardy Co., WV. He married Mary Sussanah Zicafoose (born in
Dunmore, Pocahontas Co., WV) 1797 in West Dry Run, Pendleton Co., WV.

They had a son Peter Buzzard (born 3 Oct. 1804 in Stitlington Creek,
Virginia) who married Nancy Moore (born 1811 in Virginia) 13 July 1830 in
Pocahontas Co., WV. Their daughter, Martha Rebecca Buzzard (born 16 March 1837) was
my Great Grandmother and was married 19 Nov. 1863 to Henry Heddrick in Richie
Co., WV. They settled in Grafton, WV. Henry Freeman, Hickory, NC
