Reviewer's Notes: Several passengers were discharged to Agent Bader. They are not on the pages for passengers held for special inquiry. Therefore they must have left the ship with Agent Bader without delay. The address given is the address for the Hebrew Immigration Aid Society (HIAS). It would appear that one of their members got these passengers off the ship without delay. 198: the numbers 11-169842- 3/10/37 are for naturalization purposes, 3/10/37 most likely means March 10th, 1937. See Annotations for more information. 202: 2-435349 11/29/35 in the occupation coloumn pertain to naturalization, 11/29/35 most likely means November 29th, 1935. See Annotations for more information. Usually "dis to husband" means that the passenger was held for inquiry and then discharged to the husband. This passenger is not on the list of aliens held for inquiry, one might assume that she was not held for inquiry. 206: 2-47380-7/29/36 these numbers were written after arrival and pertain to naturalization, see Annotations for more information. * For a brief history of this ship please go to Page 1 using the link at the bottom of this page.
