I, Chas. P. Maxson, master of Steamship Whitney do solemnly, sincerely, and truly affirm that the following List or Manifest, contains the names and descriptions of all the Passengers (unreadable)said Steamship. So help me God. Chas. P Maxson J. D. Crawford.
