I, Charles A. Hardie Master of the above named STEAMSHIP Wanderer from the Port of Puerto Cortez* do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the within List contains the names and descriptions of all the Passengers who were on board the said Steamship at the time of or since her last departure from the said Port of Puerto Cortez or that have been taken on board the said vessel at any foreign port or place, and none have died on the voyage.
