LIST OR MANIFEST OF ALIEN IMMIGRANTS FOR THE COMMISSIONER OF IMMIGRATION.
Required by the regulations of the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States, under Act of Congress, approved March 3, 1893, to be delivered to the Commissioner of Immigration by the Commanding Officer of any vessel having such passengers on board upon arrival at a port in the United States.

There is no captain's statement nor captain's name attached to this manifest.
The following columns had identical entries for all passengers and so were not 
 included in the table:

 By whom was passage paid?=self 
 Whether ever in Prison, Almshouse or supported by Charity=no
 Whether a Polygamist=no
 Whether under contract to labor in the US=no
 Condition of Health Mental and Physical=good
 Whether having any deformities=no 
Letters that are illegible or difficult to interpret are replaced by ?.

1     surname is Lockhart or Locklast.
2     is going to join Brother-in-law Sam Stewart Marshalltown Cal
3     missing letter in surname could be "u" or "i."  He has been to S.F. 1893.
4     has been to Seattle Nov 1893
6     There is a letter that looks like "F" or "A" after the Wash in this space.
7     is going to join her husband Eureka, Humbolt Cal
7-9   There is a bracket to indicate that the money listed for passenger 7 is 
       shared by all three. They are going to join husband and father, Eureka, 
       Humbolt (County), Cal
10&11 have been to Texas 4 years.  They are going to join Jack Periuti.  The 
       surname is unclear in the name column, but probably is Periuti.
12&13 have been to Chicago
14    has been to New York 1889
16    has been in, or to, Buffalo 4 years
