#7 same as #3. On original, there is an asterisk next to her name, but no indication
as to what it means.
#9 surname looks like Hoard, perhaps for Howard, or could be Heard.
#12 age could be 17 or 19.
#15 surname could be something like Willaup or Willoup or Willerup.
Or perhaps the last letter is the old double s.
#19 age possibly 20 or 40, but on a crease.
#21 surname Conliffe or Corliffe.
