LIST OR MANIFEST OF ALIEN IMMIGRANTS FOR THE COMMISSIONER OF IMMIGRATION.
Required by the regulations of the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States, under Act of Congress, approved March 3, 1893, to be delivered to the Commissioner of Immigration by the Commanding Officer of any vessel having such passengers on board upon arrival at a port in the United States.

12 has been to San Fsco May '93. His health is recorded as poor.
13 has been to Chicago Sep '93
16 first name looks like James but there are one too many loops in what
would be the "m." It could be Jannes, Jaunes, Janues, or James.
20 middle name is difficult to read. It seems to have the symbol that
indicates an abreviation. He has been to San Fsco 1891
21 has been to Portland 1891
22 has been to San Fsco 1892
23 has been to San Fsco Feb '93
24 is going to join Uncle A Friend (It is not clear if Friend is the uncle's
name or a second person.) He has been to New York '91.
25 has been to Napa '93
27 is recorded as able to read but not to write
