DISTRICT OF NEW ORLEANS – PORT OF NEW ORLEANS
I, John B. Brown Master of the above named STEAMSHIP Rover from the port of Cortez (Honduras) do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear that the within List contains the names and descriptions of all the Passengers who were on board the said Steamship at the time of or since her last departure from the said Port of Port Cortez or that have been taken on board the said vessel at any foreign port or place and that none have died on the voyage.

I hereby certify that the foregoing list was this day 1 April 1891, presented to me by the master of the Am. SS Rover from Puerto Cortez as a correct list of the passengers on board said vessel. James De Grey

The "Died on voyage" column was eliminated as there were no deaths on the
voyage.
