I Wm. Cushing do solemnly, sincerely and truly ? that the following List or Manifest of Passengers, subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs for the District of New York, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the Passengers received on board the Ship Rappahannock Liverpool whereof I am Master, from Liverpool.

writer, and not a fault of the transcriber.
 
? indicates unreadable letters. Difficulties reading the passengers names is 
because o and a; m, n and r cannot always be readily distinguised from each 
other. The writing also tends to trail off at the end in many names.

Sworn statement-?. ?onner could be W. Bonner. or Wm Onn??

Passenger     14        spelling of occupation is that on the manifest
Passenger     19        Brewcon? could be Brewcone or Brewcons
Passengers    21, 22    Margarett? looks like Margarette
Passenger     35        Sto??er could be Stoller or Stobber
Passenger     36        Lubzebr??looks like it could be Lubzebrook
Passenger     37        ?ewbuinu could be Lewbuinu or Sewbuinu
Passenger     46        M?????ison has be many possibilities. The same letters 
                        could be m, r, n, s, o and a are indistinguishable. 
                        Therefore these names may all be possible: Mansion, 
                        Momssion, Momisson, Manison, Mannison, Monnison
Passenger     61        ?aelor. The ? in aelor doesn't appear to match any other
                        letter. It is possible that it is a combination of two
                        letters
Passengers    97, 98    Too? could be Toob or Tool
Passenger     99        "X" at far left, before or in name column may indicate
                        that the passenger was temporarily detained       
Passenger     124       spelled Michal on the manifest
Passenger     126       could be acombination of two letters. B. ?illy
Passenger     158       looks like P??? Pat with two t's
Passenger     175       Rio?den looks like Riosden
Passengers    179, 180  McCo??n could be Cossn or Cosin "leggs" spelling on 
                        manifest.
Passenger     182       Heffran?? could be Heffraner, Heffran
