LIST OR MANIFEST OF ALIEN IMMIGRANTS FOR THE COMMISSIONER OF IMMIGRATION.
Required by the regulations of the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States, under Act of Congress, approved March 3, 1893, to be delivered to the Commissioner of Immigration by the Commanding Officer of any vessel having such passengers on board upon arrival at a port in the United States.

 Whether under contract to labor in the US=no
 Condition of Health Mental and Physical=good
 Whether having any deformities=no 
Letters that are illegible or difficult to interpret are replaced by ?.

1  was in New York 3 times 1873
2  was in Fan Francisco.  He is going to join Brother Tatsujiro Jis 
   1105 Minna SF
4  is going to New York enroute to Europe
5  is going to New York enroute to Europe.  He is joining Son Simon Gebermann 
   1205 Folsom St San Francisco.  His former residence is clearly spelled as 
   transcribed.  I found no Russian town by that name, but there are several 
   Blagoveshchensks.
