DISTRICT OF PHILADELPHIA - PORT OF PHILADELPHIA
I John Remington do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear that the Report or Manifest subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the District of Philadelphia, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the passengers which were on board the Brig Paragon at the time of her sailing from the port of Havana or which have been taken on board at any time since; that I am at present and have been during the voyage, master of the said vessel. And I do likewise swear that all matters whatsoever in the said Report or Manifest, are to the best of my knowlege and belief, just and true. So help me God.

Passenger Notes:
#1 could be Melizit or Mehzit
#2 there was no name listed for this 22 year old male servant, possibly
   slave or indentured servant?
#4 & #5 there were no first names listed for these individuals, it 
   appears they are the minor daughters of Mrs. Sanchez
#10 could be Neveblie or Neriblie or similar
#12 no first name listed, presumably daughter of Mrs. Lemame
#13 no name listed for this 22 year old female servant, same as #2
#20 inkblot on first letter of country of origin, rest unclear, the
   "A" in the middle could also be a "t".
#23 no first name listed, presumbaly son of Mr. McAlpin
