DISTRICT OF NEW YORK – PORT OF NEW YORK
I,G D S Trask Master of the Ship Manchester do solemnly,
sincerely, and truly swear that the following List or Manifest,
subscribed by me, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs
of the Collection Districtof New York is a full and perfect list of all the
passengers taken on board of the said ship at Liverpool from which port said ship
has now arrived: and that on said list is truly designated the age, the sex and the
occupation of each of said passengers, the part of the vessel ocupied by each
during the passage, the country to which each belongs, and also the country of
which it is intended by each to become an inhabitant and that said List or
Manifest truly sets forth the number of said passengers who have died on said voyage
and the names and ages of those who died.

Transcriber's Notes:
The document was very shaded and some areas were impossible to read. Wherever
possible the transcriber used an apparent equivalent amount of question marks
to give a sense of the amount of letters in names.
No one died on the voyage and all passenegers are from England and intending
to inhabit America. All passengers are listed as berthing Between Decks, so
these four columns are not included to save space
Names are transcribed as they appeared. Names like Wm or Elizth or Saml or Margt
have the last letter or two raised above the middle of the rest of the letters
Passenger 17 last name may be Fowler
Passenger 25 last name may be Manilow
Passenger 32 name may be Thos Smith
Passengers 55, 56 and 57 last name may be Yates
Passenger 72 last name may be Owens
Passengers 106, 107, 108 are listed as wife but seem not to be due to age
or sex
Passenger 108 first name may be Henry
Passengers 113, 114 and 115 last name may be Adamson or Adamsen
Passengers 114 and 115 seem to have the genders crossed
Passenger 117 last name may be Pearson
Passenger 123 last name may be Owens or Owen
Passenger 127 last name may be Ingram
Passenger 138 First letter of last name may be T
Passengers 152, 153, 154, 155 and 156 last name may be Percell or Powell
Passenger 161 Last name might be Wilkins
