I, Joseph Rudderham do solemnly. sincerely and truly swear that the following List or Manifest, of Passengers, subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs for the District of New York, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the Passengers received on board the Lady Young whereof I am Master, from Liverpool * Sydney. Could be Sydney, Australia but more likely Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada due to the passengers being from Cape Breton, Island, Nova Scotia. * In the List of the manifest the Captains name is eliminated therefore I put it in so it would not be a blank. * Cape Breton is spelled this way and is not a typing error of the transcriber
