Ship Lady of the Lake
I, John Glederie, Master of the Ship Lady of the Lake of Liverpool do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the within list contains a just and true account of the names, age, sex, and occupation of all the Passengers taken on board the said ship previous to and since her departure from the Port of Londonderry.
