I, P. Culotta, Master of the within named Steamer from the Port of Truxillo * do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear that the within List contains the names and descriptions of all the Passengers who were on board the said Steamer at the time of or since her last departure from the Port of Truxillo * or that have been taken on board the said vessel at any foreign port or place, and that none have died on the voyage.
