I, A F. de Castro, Master of the above named Mexican SS Jose Romano from the Port of Progreso, do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear that the above List contains the names and descriptions of all the Passengers who were on board the said SS Jose Romano at the time of or since her last departure from the said Port of Progreso or that have been taken on board the said vessel at any foreign port or place and that none have died on the voyage. This note says: Tax paid on one (1) passenger. $.50
* Passenger # 3, Surname could be Binto. Given name looks like Obelardo.
* Passenger # 5 and # 6, Surname could be Bock. There is an accent placed over
the e in Jose.
